HDP high weather resistant polyester paint color coated board adopts HDP polyester paint, good durability, using high molecular weight resin, polymer branched chain less, healthy energy stable, not easy to photolysis, so not easy to chalking, high gloss. The main performance of high weathering polyester is strong weather resistance and corrosion resistance, mainly used for long sunshine hours, high dryness, or the temperature difference between day and night, humidity and other relatively harsh areas, widely used. It is a high-end product of color coated coil. The coating thickness is generally 5um epoxy resin primer + 20um HDP polyester topcoat on the front side and 5um epoxy resin primer + 6um PE resin topcoat on the reverse side.

High weathering polyester resin is synthesized with monomer containing cyclohexane structure to achieve the balance of flexibility, weathering resistance and cost of the resin, using aromatic-free polyol and polyacid to reduce the absorption of UV light by the resin to achieve high weathering performance of the coating, and adding UV absorbers and bit histamine in the coating formulation to improve the weathering performance of the coating film. This coating has been widely recognized in foreign markets as a very outstanding type of coating with outstanding cost performance.
