55%-AL galvanized steel coil

The production process of Al-Zn steel is similar to that of galvanized steel and Al-plated steel, which is a continuous melt plating process. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. 55% Alu-Zn alloy coated Alu-Zn steel has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. 55% Alu-Zn alloy coated Alu-Zn steel not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility of the color coated product.

The surface of Al-Zn steel plate is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous starburst, and the base color is silvery white. The special plating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of aluminized zinc plate is up to 25a, and it has good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environment of 315℃; the adhesion of plating and paint film is good, and it has good processing performance and can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; the surface conductivity is very good.
