What are the requirements for the treatment of color coated panels

Through the recent survey and the return visit to customers, we found that many customers do not quite understand the treatment of color coated plate and hope that the manufacturer can further explain. Today, I will share the relevant information with you, hope to inspire and help you.

1. the leveling layer should have sufficient bearing capacity, there should be no cracks, hollow drum, the sand of cement base strength needs to be no more than 10Mpa.

2. The foundation floor should be clean, no grease, paint, glue, cement blocks, etc.

3. The foundation line should be constructed after the installation of the floor. Pay attention to protect the installed color coated board during construction.

4. Where the coil flooring is connected with other flooring, other flooring shall be installed first, and the joint treatment shall be done to ensure smooth connection.

5. Before laying concrete floor, need will be leveled with sand C10 mortar 15-20 days in advance, leveling height is 5 mm lower than the design height of the ground. The horizontal surface is smooth.

6. The leveling requirement of color coated board foundation ground leveling is less than 2mm per 2m within the height error.

The color coated board can only be installed after the concrete and leveling layer's need to be fully dried, and it usually takes 15-20 days to be constructed. The moisture content of the whole ground should not exceed 5%.
